D2C Music Streaming™ & Distribution – Artist Terms & Conditions Last Updated: April-2026 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“Artist,” “you,” or “your”) and D2C Music Streaming™ and Distribution (“D2C,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an Artist account, submitting music, or using any services provided through D2CMusicStreaming.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms,

1. Eligibility To use the D2C platform, you must: Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Be the legal owner or authorized representative of the music and content you upload. Provide accurate and complete registration information .

2. Artist Membership Fees By signing up for an Artist Music Page, you agree to the following payment structure: One time Setup Fee (non refundable) Monthly Membership Fees: Either, $9.95 or $14.95 billed automatically fees are subject to change with 60 days’ prior notice. Failure to maintain an active membership may result in suspension or removal of your Artist Page and content.

3. Cancellation Policy Artists may cancel their membership at any time by submitting written notice through their account dashboard or via the official support email. A 30 day notice period is required for cancellation to take effect. Monthly fees due within the 30 day notice period will still be charged. No refunds are issued for partial months or unused service time.

4. Content Ownership & Rights You retain 100% ownership of your music, artwork, and all intellectual property you upload. By using the platform, you grant D2C a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to: Stream your music on the D2C platform Display your Artist Page, artwork, and promotional materials Use your content for platform marketing, playlists, and promotional features This license exists only while your membership is active.

5. Distribution (If Applicable) If you opt into D2C distribution services, you authorize D2C to deliver your music to partnered platforms and services. Additional distribution terms may apply and will be provided separately.

6. Streaming Payouts Artists are eligible for quarterly streaming payouts under the following conditions: Payouts are issued every quarter (4 times per year). All monthly paid members receive 0.01 per-stream for each song released and distributed by D2C Music Streaming, and must reach a minimum of 200 single streams on the D2C platform before any payout is triggered. Streams below the 200 stream threshold roll over to the next quarter. Payment method must be valid and up to date. D2C reserves the right to verify in house stream authenticity and withhold payment for fraudulent activity.

7. Prohibited Content Artists may not upload or distribute content that: Violates copyright or intellectual property laws Contains hate speech, illegal activity, or explicit violence Includes unauthorized samples or unlicensed material Violates any applicable laws or regulations D2C may remove content at its discretion.

8. Platform Usage Artists agree not to: Manipulate streams or engage in fraudulent activity Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform Share login credentials or impersonate another artist Violations may result in account termination without refund and Prosecuted for identity theft.

9. Termination D2C reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for: Non payment Violation of these Terms Fraudulent or abusive behavior Legal or compliance issues Upon termination, your Artist Page and content may be removed from the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability D2C is not liable for: Loss of revenue, profits, or data Service interruptions, delays, or technical issues Unauthorized access to your account Third party actions or platform outages Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Changes to Terms D2C may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. These Terms may not be copied or used for any reasons without written consent.
